END-USER LICENSE

These are the terms between you and Keystone Context Systems, Inc.
("Keystone") for the Alexandria software distributed alongside this file
(the "Software"). Installing or using the Software means you accept them.
Unless you have a separate signed agreement with Keystone (see §7), these
terms are the entire license — there is no other agreement to find.

1. License grant. Keystone grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to install and use the Software on machines you
control, for your own personal or internal business use.

2. Your vault is yours. The notes, files, and data the Software creates or
manages for you (your "vault") are entirely yours. This license gives
Keystone no rights to your vault, and the Software sends no part of it
anywhere unless you configure it to. The vault is plain Markdown in a
git repository — it remains fully usable without the Software and
   survives this license ending.

3. Visible source is not open source. The Software ships with readable
source so you can audit exactly what runs on your machine. That is a
transparency measure, not an open-source grant: you may read it and
modify it for your own use, but you may not redistribute, publish,
sublicense, sell, rent, or host the Software (modified or not) for
anyone else, or offer it as a service to third parties.

4. No warranty. The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any
kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Keystone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising
from the Software or these terms. Keystone's total liability is capped
at the amount you paid Keystone for the Software.

6. Termination. This license ends automatically if you breach it. On
termination you stop using the Software and delete your copies; your
   vault stays yours (§2).

7. Separate agreements. If you or your organization have a signed
agreement with Keystone covering the Software, that agreement governs
   instead of these terms.
